[RPPTL-constructionlaw] Consultant to assist with Chapter 558 claim

Any recommendations for a Central Florida (Orlando preferably) consultant to help assess a home to prepare a 558 claim?  Mostly general construction issues but some structural, no electrical or HVAC.
