*Help*  On another note, I have a client who is an Air Conditioning
contractor.  He received an Order which was entered on March 8, 2012, by
the Charlotte County CILB.  In this Order they cite him for failing to
complete final inspection(s), misconduct, abandoning a project,
deliberate disregard for Charlotte County Codes and more, all of which
results in them order the revocation of his right to work in Charlotte
and recommends that his air conditioning license be revoked or suspended
by the State.  He has only 15 days from the date of the Order to file a
Notice of Appeal with the County.  He says that he is completely unaware
of this entire proceedings and suggested that someone else utilized his
license information without his consent or permission.  

Do you have a suggestion of who I can contact on such short notice to
get him help addressing this Order?

In November the CLC ListServ went through a software upgrade that
resulted in a lot of our members being dropped from the ListServ. After
a thorough analysis, we have discovered all of the members who were
affected. As it turned out you were one of the CLC members who was
dropped from the listserv. 

You may, or may not, have noticed that you have not been receiving
correspondence from the CLC for that past couple of months. This issue
has been resolved and you have been added back to the CLC ListServ. This
