Hey gang. It's Arnie. It's a small world (but I wouldn't want to paint
it).  I'm sitting in Atlanta's Hartsfield Airport waiting on a
connecting flight to Vail and who is on my flight?  None other than
immediate past Chair of the CLC - Brian Wolf. Seeing the Wolfman
reminded me that I needed to send you a reminder about Monday's CLC
conference call.  

Any who, DON'T FORGET that this Monday is our March monthly
teleconference which begins promptly at 11:30 a.m. (Eastern Standard
Time). The call-in telephone number is 888-376-5050 and the pass code is
1326538415#.  Please make a note of this for future reference.  

Our March speaker is Sanjay Kurian from Becker & Poliakoff.  He will be
discussing Common Law Implied Warranties for HOAs.

You will be receiving a formal agenda, meeting minutes and other such
information in a subsequent email before Monday's teleconference.
