Subject: [RPPTL-constructionlaw] Enforcement of a settlement agreement inbankruptcy
We recently had an email discussion regarding enforcement of ipso facto and other similar clauses in bankruptcy The Orange County Bar Association Business Law Committee presented a two person panel today regarding this issue with an outline setting forth the Debtor and Creditor perspective and applicable case law. Please let me know if anyone is interested in that outline and I will seek permission to circulate it.
