I trust that all is well.   

 

The Construction Law Institute Committee is pleased to provide the
attached brochure for the 5th Annual Construction Law Institute, which
will be held on March 22-24, 2012, at REUNION Resort & Club, near
Orlando.  This is a fabulous hotel and resort, and is just one exit from
Disney World, so should be convenient to everyone.  Unlike prior venues,
some of the block rooms will be villas (1, 2 and 3 bedroom), which are
spectacular and very family friendly, so plan to bring your family.   It
is also very conducive to attorneys sharing villas because each bedroom
has a separate bath, with a common living room and kitchen.  

 

As is our tradition, there will be a golf tournament on Thursday
afternoon, with check-in beginning at 11:30 a.m.  The tournament will be
on the Palmer Course followed by a welcoming reception at the hotel.
The seminars will begin Friday morning and conclude Saturday afternoon
around 4:15 p.m.  There will a reception Friday evening and breakfast
Saturday morning.  

 

We expect a great turnout again this year - last year we had over 350
total attendees.  Also, all of the Exhibitor Booth Sponsorships have
been taken, and we have a few on the waiting list, so the leading
industry experts will be present.  Please remember that the Florida
Bar's policy of going paperless for seminars.  As such, registrants will
be provided a link to the written materials and there will be free Wi-Fi
at the conference.  The course book can also be purchased for an
additional $60. 

 

The Committee is excited about this year's Institute and looks forward
to seeing everyone.  It is the largest gathering of Florida Construction
Lawyers, and is a great time to meet new people and renew old
acquaintances.  So, please RSVP for a block room before the February 19,
2012 deadline.
