[RPPTL-constructionlaw] CLC Meeting on Monday, December 10, 2012

Dear Fellow CLC Members:  I hope that this email finds you and your
loved ones enjoying a wonderful holiday season.  Why in the hell is the
CLC conducting a meeting slap-ass in the middle of your holiday
festivities? To quote Tevye from Fiddler on the Roof; "Tradition!"  

My people, the CLC membership that is, know that skipping the December
meeting messes with the CLC's "mojo" for the coming year. As the chosen
ones, we, the CLC membership, have a duty to preserve our customs and
traditions. As I told a Jewish carpenter one day on the construction job
site when he approached me to sooth my work related injury, "Don't touch
me man, I'm getting worker's comp." (That was then. I've changed.)  

Awkwardly segueing to our speaker, Alan Tannenbaum will be presenting a
really interesting case study that he has entitled "Mass Defaults by a
Homebuilder - Defensive Strategies and Possible Means of Recovery." I
have reviewed some information on Alan's presentation and it looks
fantastic!! (You would have thought that the Mayan calendar would have
predicted this calamity long ago).
