Hello CLC!!! it’s that time of year again when the Construction Law Institute seeks volunteers to serve as peer reviewers of the written course materials for the 2013 Construction Law Institute scheduled for March 7-9 in Orlando. This is your chance to get a sneak peek at next year’s hot topics, which include public-private partnerships, current trends in e-discovery, advanced construction lien issues, green building law and much more. Anyone interested in serving as a peer reviewer should contact Sanjay Kurian at skurian at becker-poliakoff.com.

Thanks, Arnie.
