[RPPTL-constructionlaw] ABA - Construction Law Forum

While I am very new to this list-serve, I am not at all new to being a recipient on another Florida Bar list-serve for many years.   More often than not, the  educational components are second to none. That said, and with respect I'll share that  the other list-serve I reference has several rules in place about the how the list-serve is to be used.  

In the last several days I have watching more and more of this committee's members requesting  to be removed from this list-serve, I can't help wonder if it is due to the copious amounts of messages sent to the entire group that are likely far more appropriate to be sent along private channels.  Just my $.02 to try to stop the bleeding...
