I need to get a list of experts for non statutory mitigators in the penalty phase for my upcoming death penalty case. Specifically, does anyone have an expert in fetal alcohol syndrome?

The Division listing circulated by Fred is based on last bar year's directory (2010-11). Because of staffing issues at the ABA, the Forum's directory for the current Bar year (2011-12) has not yet been issued (they hope to do so this month). As suggested by Cary, people should go to the Forum's website for the most current info (though because of those same ABA staffing issues, the website is not fully up to date).
If someone is interested in getting involved in the Forum, the best place to start is in the Divisions. Forum members can join one or more Divisions. To join any Division, you only need to be an active member of the Forum. If you are, you should be able to designate and signup for your Division selections at the Forum website. To be a Forum member, you have to be a member of the ABA and a member of at least one ABA Section. You can join the ABA, a Section and the Forum via the ABA's website.
I hope this helps.
Best regards,
George

Hardy is correct. The link to the ABA Forum website is below. Once you go to the link, go to Divisions on the left side, and that should have the current information. Note, however, that some of this information will change starting June 1, 2012.

This lists the Divisions, but the membership and Chair information is not current.

As I requested during yesterday meeting, attached from Cary Wright is a list of the 12 divisions of the Forum, which also reflects the members of each division's Steering Committee. Can you find the one Arnie serves on?
It's amazing the number of Florida attorneys (and our CLC members) who are active in this Forum, but with George Myer as chair, we should get MORE active.
How about picking one you like and letting us know??
