Design expert: I recommend Bill Gallo, AIA. He has an impressive list of
projects of his own. He accepts assignments as forensic expert for AE GC or
owner / developer. He is excellent as expert.
He often works with a design build group, and from that experience he could
apply resources of that team effectively in litigation, a Ch. 558 response,
mediation or as witness in arbitration.
Because he is experienced in working with D/B team, he can speak to
consequences of delay, defective design, responsibility for performance
under a performance specification and value of claims and necessary support
that should be offered by a claimant or defendant in resolution of claims.
Bill's # is 954-794-0300.

Angela Sist in St. Cloud is the brightest and best on the stand I have ever
seen. She testified in a case in which I served as the arbitrator and won
the case for her client.

Can anyone recommend an expert for a case involving a delay claim made by a
GC against a municipal owner where the municipality brought a 3rd party
claim against the project architect? Location of the expert would be
immaterial. Many thanks.
