PTI, but I am looking for a good roofing expert to inspect, render opinions and potentially testify regarding a 101,000 sf commercial membrane roof in Brevard County. Problem with failure of the membrane and failure to meet wind uplift requirements. It may be a fastening pattern problem. Manufacturer and installer are pointing fingers at each other, as you might guess.
I'm not aware of a pure roof expert in Brevard County, though some of the construction experts here, of course, have roofing expertise. But I really want a pure roof expert on this one. Someone from Orlando would be best given the location of the building.
