[RPPTL-constructionlaw] Reminder from Capt. Arnie

Ahoy mateys!  (translation - hello friends)  Now read that again but
this time do your best impersonation of Johnny Depp playing Captain Jack
Sparrow in the Pirates of the Caribbean movie franchise (or Capt. Morgan
for you Cuba Libre drinkers).  Better?  Aye! (yes)  Did you cover your
left eye with your left hand as to simulate an eye patch?  Do it!! (your
response should be "Aye, aye! Captain" (I'll get right on that sir)).
Now look in the mirror and give me a loud "Arrr!" (not to be confused
with Arrrgh! which is totally different).  

What does the above ramble celebrating International Speak Like a Pirate
Day (Sept. 19th) have to do with this month's speaker?  Nothing other
than a weak Caribbean connection.  Now, if I started to speak Jamaican
and singing a Bob Marley Reggae song, that would allow me to segue
nicely into an intro of this month's speaker as she actually dated the
Rastafarian's son while in undergrad at The "U" (University of Miami, FL
for you non-football fans).   Irie!!  (feeling good). 

Lisa Colon-Heron (or Dash to her friends)  is the 2nd Vice Chair of the
CLC and the Chair of the CLC's Small Business Programs subcommittee.
Lisa (Dash) will be providing us with a update as to all Federal and
State small business programs.   Yeah mon, everyding is gonna be alright
(It's all good)

DON'T FORGET THAT this Monday is our September monthly teleconference
which begins promptly at 11:30 a.m. (Eastern Standard Time). The call-in

Please make a note of this for future reference.
