Dear Florida Bar Construction Law Committee: Frank Riggs, a fellow
construction attorney who practices in Atlanta, is in need of a very
good roofing expert in regards to a Veterans Administration project in
Orlando. Frank represents the GC in a claim with the VA. The VA has
demanded that the GC remove and replace the completed roof. While
ideally the expert would be located in Florida, please do not limit your
referrals to only those folks living in our great state.
Please send any suggestions directly to Frank at
Frank.Riggs at troutmansanders.com. Thanks, Arnie.
