Tony:  Get out of my head.  I was thinking the exact same thing but you
beat me to the punch.  Had breakfast with Tom yesterday and we discussed
his availability for such assignments.   Arnie. 

Ms. Bennett:  Tom was the Director of the City of Jacksonville's
Building Department.   He is highly respected.  I can get his personal

Tom Goldsbury, P.E. has experience in both engineering and until a month
ago was intimately involved in City permitting (as a City official).
Though he is still a City employee he is not precluded from consulting

All,

I need an engineer expert located close to Jacksonville, FL that
specializes in drainage matters.  My firm represents a client who needs
to determine whether a drainage pipe is illegally running onto the
client's property and to determine the effect of water runoff from an
adjacent property.  Any recommendations would be appreciated.  Thank
