I have been asked to locate an attorney in the greater Ocala area who specializes in school/student disputes.

Facts:  On a weekend, Tim, a teenager, e-mails inappropriate photos of himself with some texts to a girl he likes.  The following Monday the girl's mom goes to the school and files a complaint.    The principal immediately suspends Tim for 10 days.   That evening the principal changes his mind:  he decides Tim will not be allowed back into school at all; instead Tim is to be transferred to an "alternative school" for the rest of this year and all of next year.  Tim is not allowed to present his side of the story or any witnesses.

Tim is a good kid that made a not so bright decision.  He wants to appeal to the School Board and needs an attorney experienced in School Board matters of this type to help him get back into his school.

If you or someone you know can help I will pass the name along to Tim and his family.
