Gang:   During our monthly teleconference we discussed the fact that the
CLC's old ListServ (constructionlawcommittee at theconstructionlawfirm.com)
was being closed due it being unable to accommodate to group's present
size and projected growth. Many thanks to Bryan Capps for managing the
ListServ for the CLC for far too many years to recall.

Accordingly, a new List Serv has been created for the CLC -
constructionlaw at lists.flabarrpptl.org.  Please note the change for
future reference.

It's our understanding that the new List Serv will not be subject to the
traffic limits of the old list.  Despite the fact that the Florida Bar
will now be managing the list, please direct all membership or address
changes to me at my simple and egotistical email address of
atritt at atritt.com.
