I have a good friend, Wade Smith, who is senior partner at his own,
fairly large firm.  He is a criminal and business attorney of the
highest order but I do not believe he is a construction attorney.
However, he will know several and is a real gentleman.  He is in Raleigh
which is minutes away from Charlotte.  His contact information is
