[RPPTL-constructionlaw] venue question

Please let me know if you have recently researched how Florida courts address venue in the context of claims against an insurer  for failing to provide coverage to an additional insured and for a subrogation claim.  Project was not in Florida, insured is an out of state company, insurance company issued policy to out of state insured.
