Okay, thanks for all your hard work; I know it’s not easy having to accommodate some many points of view.

I spoke to Larry yesterday, but haven’t yet convinced him that s. 85.021 is problematic, so it’s best we took it out of this year’s bill. I’m still concerned that it conflicts with 718, especially regarding the owner’s proper payment defense. This is not anti-lien, but, instead, pro-lien law that gets tarred for repeal from time to time because of bad consumer affects.
