listerv.  Any email to this address sends your email to every member of
the Construction Law Committee.  Whether you reply to an email from this
address or include this address in a reply to all, all emails to this
address go to everyone.  

To email only the person who sent an email to the listserv, do not reply
or reply all.  Please send a new email or forward the email you received
to that person's individual email address, which should be listed in the
from line after "on behalf of."

Ok, now at least I know it was not intentional. Simply hitting reply (vs
reply to all) will automatically reply to the whole group - can that
please be corrected so this doesn't happen?? Thank you to the powers
that be so we aren't all flooded with emails to others. ...though now I
