[RPPTL-constructionlaw] Need a NC construction lawyer nearl Franklin, NC

I need to refer a couple to a construction attorney in or near Franklin, NC, to advise them on subcontracts and complying with NC lien law as they complete the project as owner/contractors after the GC abandoned.
