<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size:12.0pt">Hi Bruce. Catina is better named “Katrina” and is an unmitigated disaster. We use AIA software regularly and have had to procure extended licenses from AIA IT to use the “tired old” but functional pre-Katrina
software upgrade. It is truly unbelievable that AIA could roll out Katrina without an extensive Beta process where all of its faults and glitches would have been apparent. The dangers of a monopoly I guess.</span><o:p></o:p></p>
