<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size:13.0pt;font-family:"Arial",sans-serif"><o:p> </o:p></span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size:13.0pt;font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">Herb, or HOB as he was widely known, passed away this past Friday at age 75.<o:p></o:p></span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size:13.0pt;font-family:"Arial",sans-serif"><o:p> </o:p></span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size:13.0pt;font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">Herb was a Board Certified Construction Law Attorney and primarily represented condominium and homeowners associations in their construction related matters. After over 30 years
at Becker, Herb retired from practicing law several years ago.<o:p></o:p></span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size:13.0pt;font-family:"Arial",sans-serif"><o:p> </o:p></span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size:13.0pt;font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">Herb was very dedicated to his clients and a passionate advocate in their disputes. He was also widely known for his unique sense of humor and love of pranks.<o:p></o:p></span></p>
