<p class="MsoNormal">We were recording a lien today and got a popup from the clerk’s office that they will begin full enforcement of the 2023 revision to
<a href="http://www.leg.state.fl.us/statutes/index.cfm?mode=View%20Statutes&SubMenu=1&App_mode=Display_Statute&Search_String=695.26&URL=0600-0699/0695/Sections/0695.26.html">
695.26</a> starting 1/1/2024. I don’t think the statutory forms fully comply with that statute, so we’ll likely need to adjust our forms.
