<p class="MsoNormal">There is a recent proposed piece of legislation that proposes to eliminate the statute of repose in 95.11(3)(c), Fla. Stat. and makes drastic changes to the Ch. 558 Statute. We need very active participation by members of the legislative
subcommittee in addressing this proposed bill.<o:p></o:p></p>
