 713.21(4), <i>Florida Statutes</i>?  In other words, is a “stand alone counterclaim” sufficient to satisfy the statute?  Alternatively, would the filing of the counterclaim constitute “good cause” which, per the statute, also satisfies its requirements?<o:p></o:p></p>
