waivers, (2) service address for lien documents, and (3) the conditions for filing a single claim of lien.

On the Suppliers’ proposed language below that would render a waiver unenforceable if it varies from the statutory waiver form, however, we simply cannot agree that this is sound public policy.</span><span style="font-size:10.0pt;font-family:"Arial",sans-serif;color:black"><o:p></o:p></span></p>

seeking progress payments or final payments on a job. </span><span style="font-size:10.0pt;font-family:"Arial",sans-serif;color:black"><o:p></o:p></span></p>
