<div dir="auto">Ok, this is very old (how 's that for a softball  invitation to wisecracking) information,  but when the Florida  legislature  passed  the comprehensive  mobile home statute in  the  last century,  that gave mobile  home park residents all kinds
 of rights, they made the rather remarkable  finding  that mobile homes are not  mobile.  I  think that if the contemplated work  would  require  a license if performed  on a conventional  house,  a license  is required  to perform  that work on a mobile  home. </div>
