 code and Chapter 489.  Also, there is the definition of real property in 713.01(26):<o:p></o:p></span></p>

 in  the  last century,  that gave mobile  home park residents all kinds of rights, they made the rather remarkable  finding  that mobile homes are not  mobile.  I  think that if the contemplated work  would  require  a license if performed  on a conventional 
 house,  a license  is required  to perform  that work on a mobile  home. <o:p></o:p></span></p>
