<p class="MsoNormal">First off, I hope this email finds everyone well! Moving to the business of it, this morning the Court directed that we retain a roofing expert who can go out to a commercial condominium complex in Doral (Miami-Dade) to review a roofing
repair that was done to address leaking within one of several commercial condo units / warehouses, along with review the overall roof structure of the building (there is a single roof covering multiple units), and prepare a report for the Court to address
(a) whether the repair has resolved leaking problems that may have been associated with the roof within the subject commercial unit, and (b) whether the overall roof structure needs to be replaced. This is all in connection with a mandatory, preliminary injunction
claim, and the Judge wants the assessment to be completed and a report provided to the Court by next Friday...so the window is pretty tight. The final selection of this person needs to be approved by myself and opposing counsel.
