The project is waterfront in Broward County. The original contract value was $359,000. This may or may not lead to litigation.<o:p></o:p></p><p class=MsoNormal><o:p> </o:p></p><p class=MsoNormal>The project is a large property on or across the street from the Atlantic Ocean. The homeowner started renovations in 2012. The project was a gutting of certain areas of the home, installation of new floors, new walls, new doors and windows, new cabinets, several built-in units, new paint, new HVAC unit/zone installed, various plumbing and electrical work, etc… A complete interior remodel. There was a thought at one time of putting in an elevator, and a shaft was built, but that plan has gone by the wayside in favor of converting the shaft into three closets stacked on top of each other.
