[CLC-Discussion] Seeking Recommendations: Commercial Contractor Expert/Owner's Rep or Construction Manager

Good day fellow construction practitioners.  I am jealous I am not at CLI with you this year.

We represent the owner of a failed small office commercial project with some apparent defects, perhaps some latent defects, and which has still not yet received a CO.  We seek a Florida licensed contractor (building or general) who can serve both as a potential testifying expert and as an owner's representative or construction manager who can help take over and complete the project.

The project is in Tampa Bay.  I would appreciate any recommendations you may have.
