[CLC-Discussion] HOA deed restriction changes

Hello all:

Seeking comments, opinions, case law or whatever you have.

Issue:  client purchases a lot within a subdivision with limited restrictions on what could be built on the lot. A few years later, the HOA amends the deed restrictions which now limits what could be built.  Now the lot is worth significantly less.  There is more to the story but does the lot owner have a claim against the HOA?
