Good afternoon,



I am hoping one or more of the recipients of this email can recommend an
engineer and/or architect that can make an inspection of and provide a
report on unpermitted construction work in a residential property located
in Pinellas County, Florida.



The homeowner, while performing his own unpermitted work, discovered
unpermitted work performed by a prior owner.  The building department is
now involved and is seeking an engineer’s or architect’s report on the
unpermitted work.
