[CLC-Discussion] CLC Pro Bono opportunity - JALA/Clay County - Air Force veteran with lien/defect issues

As discussed at yesterday's CLC monthly meeting, our Pro Bono Initiative
has had a request from the Clay County office of Jacksonville Area Legal
Aid (JALA) for counsel to assist a retired Air Force veteran whose project
has ended up with allegedly defective work and a recorded claim of lien
from primary contractor and either lien or risk of liens from unpaid sub.
This matter is not in litigation.
The legal aid client was on an active duty during the first Gulf war and
continued reserve service in several other less than happy locations
judging by the medals on his DD-214.
 For conflict purposes, the opposing parties are primary contractor
Waterpools Jacksonville LLC, and George Vink (reflected as lienor owner)
and subcontractor Hampton Exteriors (Ryan Hampton).
