[CLC-Discussion] LIENABLE / NON-LIENABLE - COST-PLUS no GMP

Good afternoon, everyone.

I’ve been spending my life in construction lending and transactional land for the last few years.  Its been a minute since I brought a lien foreclosure action.

Can someone give me a quick run down (or reference materials) on lienable vs. non-lienable items in compiling a lien.  Cost plus contract with no GMP.   There are several office overhead items in the calculations provided and I’m not sure about those.  Just figured I would reach out to the group first before digging out the practice guide as a starting point.
