Kerry,

Thanks so much for the additional information about action being taken in
the Panhandle. It appears that Jacksonville has also recently sued
regarding PACE loans (which are  financial products frequently used by
disreputable solar contactors) which turn a construction loan into a hugely
increased annual real estate tax obligation, thereby putting homes at
extreme risk if unpaid.
Probably a topic to put on the agenda for the next Pro Bono Subcommittee
meeting.
