[CLC-Discussion] Final Judgment invalidating Construction lien prepared by Express Lien d/b/a Levelset

Attached is another final judgment finding that a lien prepared by Express Lien, Inc. d/b/a Levelset is invalid as a result of the failure to comply with Section 713.08 Florida Statutes.    This seems to be getting more common around the state.
