I have a friend who lives in Vero Beach who is having trouble with a company who was contracted to permit and install windows on his home, who had been paid, and who had been dragging their feed for about 9 months now.

Could anyone recommend an attorney in/near that area who could assist them and/or provide further referrals if not?
