I know both Arlan and Larry and both would be good choices. Also a possibility would be either Jackson Neal or Lisha Graham at White Arnold & Dowd in Birmingham.

As an Alabama lawyer on top of my Georgia and Florida licensure, I can say that Montgomery does not have a very strong construction bar. I had a case with attorneys from there 20+ years ago, and it's just not a very strong practice area in that city.

We do a good bit of work in Alabama but this sounds like something that may need someone who's on the ground up there.
