Good evening.  I write to solicit recommendations of an owner’s
representative (preferably a sole practitioner or someone in a small firm)
to advise in connection with completion of tenant buildout for a
restaurant.  It is important that the representative be headquartered in
Hillsborough or Pinellas County.
