[CLC-Discussion] Insurance GL Exclusions

[RPPTL CLC-Discussion]

Need some help interpreting GL insurance “exclusion” provisions.  The two attached forms are attached to a supplement GL policy for concrete repairs to common elements of a condominium building.  So with all the exclusions and exceptions to the exclusions, are personal injury claims and property damaged caused by the contractor performing work at a condominium excluded from insurance coverage or an exception to excluded coverage.  And if this policy is being written as a project specific add on policy and the policy does provide coverage for such claims, why should either of these forms be included in the policy documents??
