I don’t have an actual recommendation for an asphalt expert.  I bet one of the Williams sisters would though…or their dad.

I think it is going to depend on the type of court (surface) that was to be used (acrylic, asphalt, concrete, artificial clay, clay, hybrid clay, etc.), if the court was supposed to adhere to some international or domestic regulations, and what the issue is to determine the type of expert you will need.  I would agree that the default expert would be McEnroe though.  Or one of the Williams sisters.  I think at least one of the Williams sisters still lives in Florida, so that could be helpful.  😊
