Subject: [CLC-Discussion] P&R Coatings Amended Lien 26 pages
Attached is an amended Construction Lien prepared in Oregon and signed in Louisiana for a Clearwater, Florida company. In the unusual lien form it specifically states that the signer has no personal knowledge as required by the statute. I believe the company that prepared this document was previously shut down in Ohio for the unlicensed practice of law.
Is this something the CLC should deal with?
Sincerely,
Barry Kalmanson
