I have a fellow lawyer here in Atlanta with a case in south Florida (Miami area) involving storm water runoff and drainage issues at an apartment complex that his client owns.

He is looking for an expert (civil engineering) who can opine on the original civil engineer’s design, the fixes, and who has familiarity with Miami and/or Dept of Environmental Resources Mgt (DERM) etc. requirements.
