Daniel,
If the agreement has binding arbitration language, I would be willing to
serve as an arbitrator in the dispute. I have been a Construction Panel
Member for the AAA since 2014. Panel members for the large arbitration
organizations (such as AAA, JAMS, etc.) will be concerned about having
binding language, so that the award cannot be easily vacated. As part of
the annual renewal panel member process, panel members must disclose any
vacated awards. Obviously a vacated award is bad.

Looking for recommendations for a residential appraiser/umpire for an
insurance dispute. Insurer invoked appraisal provision in the policy.
The appraisers cannot reach an agreement and now we need an umpire-third
appraiser. Home is in Brevard County.
