I'm presuming that the typical 10% of first year's salary will be paid as a finder's fee if we refer someone who is hired?

Your point is well taken that many firms are looking to grow their teams right now. I did ask permission before sending the email and was told the discussion list was the appropriate format within the CLC. We'll certainly advertise on the other platforms as well.

I don't think this is the board for posting when you're looking for an associate. Because... if it is, I'm pretty sure most of us would be happy to add a 3 to 4 year (i.e. already trained up) attorney to our team - including Moyer Law Group. Please consider posting to the Florida Bar, each individual Florida law school's career services program, Monster, Indeed, LinkedIn and all the other platforms.
