Subject: [CLC-Discussion] Evidence question for unlicensed contractor

Hi all:

I have a small matter and looking for a cost effective way to establish a non-party is not a licensed contractor even though he claims to be.  I’m thinking judicial notice of the DBPR license search web-site print out under 90.202(12) Facts that are not subject to dispute because they are capable of accurate and ready determination by resort to sources whose accuracy cannot be questioned.

Thank you for any comments or suggestions.

Best regards,

Daniel Greene
