Good Afternoon CLC and pardon the interruption on a Sunday.

As some of you may know, Broward County voters approved a 1% transportation surtax in the 2018 election, which will result in a very significant expansion to the County’s transportation-related construction program.  To support that expansion, and other large County construction projects, the Broward County Attorney’s Office is seeking to expand its commercial and construction law practice group by adding up to three (3) experienced construction and commercial transactional attorneys.  The Office is seeking a minimum of three years’ experience in these fields, but applicants with substantially more experience are most welcome.  If you know of any attorneys who may be suitable for these positions, please relay this message to them.  The Broward County Attorney’s Office offers a competitive compensation package that includes participation in the Florida retirement system and excellent employee benefits.
