Does anyone have experience with or can recommend someone for a landlord-tenant issue with the USPS? One of my GC clients leases as building to the USPS (local post office), the lease has expired, and CBRE (USPS leasing agent) is playing hardball on the terms of a new lease, claiming that USPS cannot be evicted (the lease provides that upon expiration of lease,USPS will vacate within 30 days after receipt of notice from landlord).
